With reference to Mr. Long's Despatch

No. 320 of the 18th. December, 1918, I have the homur to

inform Your Lordship that the statements and facts in the

Colonial Treasurer's Memorandum of the 17th, September, which

formed the enclosure to my Despatch No. 289 of the 8th.

October, were all before Sir Henry May when be wrote his

Despatch No. 266 of the 10th. September, 1918.
